Are you using a cheap eBay dongle? If so then no, most won't even delete fault codes
ARZ K03s, Oettinger Side Skirts, R32 front, Carbon stage 2, Forge 007p (yellow spring), Forge Actuator (yellow spring), Pipercross panel filter with DSG parts, N249 and N112 deleted, SAI deleted, Carbon canister deleted, Rear wiper deleted, Long Life turbo back custom exhaust with 200 cell sports cat, VR6/G60 clutch kit, Creation Motorsport TIP, Catch can, 'Wellycooler', K04 charge pipe, S3 ported inlet manifold - looks pretty standard on the outside though :)

It wont be deleting them, it will be removing them from the current list not deleting them.

No mate, you need someone with proper VAGCOM

you won't need to remove the immo, AGU will be immo2 so you can just code the ECU to your immobiliser but you will need full vcds for that

are you using vcds lite a shareware or fully registered?
fully reg vcdslite should be able to do it for older pre-can cars.
