Title: Mk5 gti 3 door rear tailgate

Hi guys
I hope this doesn’t sound like a stupid question
But I have a reflex silver mk5 gti 3 door with the dreaded rust just below the boot badge on the tailgate
My question is does a 5 door tailgate fit straight onto the 3door
