Title: Badly scuffed leather seat bolster

Ouch! My new jacket has a vicious zip on it. It has badly scuffed the leather side bolster. Any ideas, or good product recommendations that might remove or hide them a bit. Also it has a very small(1mm) tear, so will need some good glue too. 

Any help advice would be appreciated. It's a mk6 R
