I know, just for this summer and then back in for winter.

About 1k gets me pistons fitted, I would settle at 280 just to get use of the car this year.

280 wouldn't be that slow and it lets me drive round as the other block is being put together.

It's not an easy decision to make.

so your happy that ppl with a k250 turbo will be running near enough the same power as you with that big turbo  :evil:

Wee update..

Just before engine out again...



Jamie's new ramp, making life easier again.



Brakes all round complete.





Turbo on and engine in and running, some minor pipe alterations since this photo nothing major.



Looking good with car running perfect and no issues yet, run the turbo on the stage 3+ this year and look at some big power after the winter and a lot of custom ideas going ahead next time the car is in the garage.

Bumpers re sprayed again to get rid of stone chips and ready for some shows  :evil:

Scott what manifold is that ? I like the cast piece to make it top mount where can I buy theses things..

is that a stock manifold with an adaptor to fit a garrett turbo to it? looks very restrictive for the size for the turbo, no?

ATP manifold with adapter, and heat soak gasket to keep temp down.
