Solid or dual mass flywheel

Has my 01 1.8T AUM got a solid or dual mass flywheel? If it's a dual mass is it worth looking into a solid flywheel conversion? Cheers

I hated my dual mass, never looked back since I had it converted. Let go at 50k too
