yeah I wouldn't worry about it I have fitted a few factory supplied covers and there isn't really any way to do it wrong!

whats it like getting the old one off though?  :huh:

I looked at the on on my MKIV and jeez!! What a palava!!!  there are so many clips and hooks it looks easier to just replace the whole seat  :undecided:

I think im getting myself in a muddle here. I'm under the impression that new leather will need to be restitched to the seat?

not if its a one piece cover

on my MKIV its a one piece cover with lots of clips of hooks which then attach to sires placed throughout the seat back in between the foam (new fabric cover is £225 too!)

I would presume its the same on newer cars

You said it yourself that fishing season was over !? Its bad enough with them bellends over in the MK6 section, dont need you coming to our MK5 section aswell :D
