Re sync key fob

Hi guys,

Car was stood for a while (battery was flat) charged battery, fired car etc all good.... came to lock the car with the fob and nada so used the key

I've looked at loads of videos on YouTube and have tried some of them but none seem to work. Most of the things on YouTube say about fuse 14 but its not that as the interior lights still work, windows open etc.
I've changed the batteries thinking it could be that but same (mine also uses 2 of the smaller CR1620 or 30 I think they are and not the CR2032 if that makes any difference)
