Best Fastest Golf Of Each Mk?

Above, I have listed the fastest Golf from its generation.

Which was the best?

Dont just go on speed... cos that means you'll all pick the R32 since it's the fastest.

Obviously u aint drove em all ... but at least you've seen em, heard about em etc...

I have to say if i do get another Golf, i think it will have to be an R32

I voted for the R32... ok its first gear is too short and probably has the same ratio in 1st as the 150bhp Turbo ... hmmm

anywayz... once u are into 2nd ... OMG ur off and away!!!

Ya dont need to modify it, cos it looks the dogs b0ll0cks to start with, has two rather large exhausts spaced apart.. looking bling... two huge front air dams....  knacker-tastic 18" wheels... bling...

Oh and the interior aint to bad either ;-) ... slick 6sp shifter... tasty!

I wanted to vote for the VR6 ... but the R32 just pips it... plus ive drove the R32 and aint drove a VR6 yet ...  YET!

And just to ... drool even more.

VR6, just always liked the mk3 golf for some strange reason!

I was the same Chesire, but when u hit 80mph in a R32 and ya acceleration is still like it was at 20mph ... OMG .. then u hit 110 and its still going VERY strong ... 120... 125 ... didnt go anymore... wasnt my car LOL .. test drive  

but trust me... once ya out of 1st gear, and the droaning exhaust doesnt bother u ... then OMG its a great car!

If it wasn't for the R32 then i would have deffo voted for the vr6.
Try one out black, you WON'T be disappointed

Gotta find one for sale ... or find sum1 I know who has one.

I can test mk4's and mk5's cos my sis-in-law works for VW ... but odler golf's ... she doesnt deal with cos they get traded away instantly...cos of their age!

when I bought mine there was two GTI's... both in black, both 3dr.

They were on the forecourt (not actually for sale at the time cos they'd only just came in from part ex's)

I bought mine after it had stood for about 3hrs..and the other was sold later the same day LOL...

8v's are in demand people!!! lol

be warned, they probably wont let YOU drive it. ... they'll see u, young, part ex isnt worth much .. and they'll know u just wanna fly about in it for awhile and boast to ya mates etc ...

so just be prepared if he/she opens the passenger door for u. lol
