i never put an acumulator on it and she used to run fine without it here the vid starting first time

she was running fine then i drove it 100 yards over a bumpy road at 5 mph then she wouldnt take throttle since then ??? but will start half a turn of the key and idle fine ??

sounds like you have a low pressure/delivery problem.  my next step would be to get an accumulator on there, isnt much else it can be since you've replaced prettyy much everything!

ideally you want to get yourself some pressure gauges, then you can see exactly what is going on in the metering head.  the WUR could be faulty i guess, setting control pressure too low...

i have read up on the acumulator and it only holds the fuel pressure when engine is turnd off so wouldnt do any thing when engine running to help and the car was running reving fine without it  for ages, The car starts half at turn of the key warm or cold but will not take throttle will just cut out as not enoght fuel getting though ,if i clap the retun line she will rev a bit vut i can hear the fuel pump straning then return line claped , i have my fuel pump on a switch so if i turn the switch on engine not running i hear the fuel coming and going down the fuel lines and back to the tank , and when i lift the metering head flap no fuel sprays  and it has 4 brand new injectors all new gaskets brand new mk1 gti hard top fuel pump and brand new filler neck + tank  :embarassed:

hear was the car running  before all problems without acumulator

all the work i have done to it so far
on hear (V) have a look see what you think m8

have you changed wur? if youve ended up with crap in the wur it will affect control pressures

the accumulator as well as holding residual pressure also smooths out the flow of fuel to the metering head

changed wur to m8 all i can think is that it must be the metering head
