whats most cost effective way to make nicer burbles and pop from gti
just looking make mine bit sweetener that standard but not boy racer loud

You can get the resonator taken off the car. A lot of people do this

You can get the resonator taken off the car. A lot of people do this

Doesn't that create drone though?

motech performance offer package for £1000
pipercross induction kit
remus rear box delete
wheel spacer (but i would give them a missed )

i was just looking possible upgrade exhaust ideally

I wouldn't put too must pass on people that do mods for the sake of it or are being paid to show the company doing the mods.

BCS option is best at managing this with the addition of the Helmholtz resonator.

This is what I wanted to do - bit more noise but without the boy racer look.

I was pretty shot down on here as most owners are happy with their GTI and don't seem to want any extra noise!  :whistle:

Is it me or the does the new Polo GTI actually sound better than the Mk7.5 Golf GTI? Definitely making more exhaust pops and the engine noise sounds beefier.

Fitting a clubsport back box should do the trick... :wink:

Fitting a clubsport back box should do the trick... :wink:

Unfortunately I found out the hard way that the clubsport back box doesn't easily fit the GTI mk7.5. The tailpipes are slightly closer together on the mk7 and clubsport compared to the 7.5 so my original exhaust is now clamped back on  :cry:
