My son and I are going to the Players Classic at Goodwood on Saturday. AKA the Goodwood Festival of Chav, it's a magnet for modified cars of all types, from the "money no object" full-on professional builds to the "shattered dreams" variety, usually slammed and/or stanced with more enthusiasm than budget or skill. All of life is there, including a good selection of detailing equipment and potion suppliers, often with special show offers.
It's a good day out for any enthusiast of the modified motor vehicle, and a warning not to get carried away when you start a project car.
