Ive read that Seat bushes give a much firm ride so I changed mine for standard VW ones @ £18 each
You will need to take off the rear axel if you dont have a ramp.
Its better to take the axel off anyway...paint it and stick it back on. I cant see how someone can get the bushes back in with the axel in place. They dont go in THAT easy

Clamp the brake lines before you undo the pipes! (i used small G clamps)
If you get air in the ABS pump you will need VAG.com to sort it (so ive read)
You will need to burn/heat the old bushes and tap them out with a hammer.
Rear bushes... probably the easiest thing ive changed on a mk4 golf. You dont need a press. You just need some sort of 'wind in' tool (made my own)
Total cost just under £200. That was with new vag shocks too so check those while your at it!
