hi guys as title my 8v digi is running really rough and a tad flat.
main symptoms are
flat in 1st gear
slight judder at 2-3k
do get a engine clunk whel pull off quick (poss mount or subframe bushes)
ok the car has done 141k
in the last 2 months it has had the following done/changed
headgasket with head skim, tappetts were squeezed valves lapped and stem seals changed
cambelt
oil change (10W-40)
new water flanges
new plugs /leads
ECU and ignition modual changed
rotor arm / dizzy cap
replaced throttle body for polished one
all vacume hoses replaced
K&N cone filter removed and replaced with standard air filter box and filter and vacume hoses put back in place
replaced injectors and fuel preasure regulator and fuel lines inside engine bay

well basicly most parts changed and still running badly
timing was done to the guide on here 6 degrees at 2-2.5k (bts unplugged) and it does advance by 30 Degrees.
some days the car drives better than others and some days it struggles to start
i recently cleaned the conectors to the fuel pump with contact cleaner and seams bit better
main thing i found strange is this morning the car wouldnt start unless i pumped the break while cranking which i though was megga strange.
im running out of ideas to get rid of the flat spot in 1st
clutch was done under 10k ago, it does have a kent stage 1 cam but cant see that causing the flat spot
