With the temperatures dropping I decided to put the winter tyres on today - I suspect the weather will turn barmy for the next 4 months!

Last night I fitted my Winter wheels - Continental AllWeather Contact on Ronal R46 - for their second winter. A noticeable improvement in grip at 5DegC and quieter than the Continental PC6 that came off.
Picked up 03/Nov/2017 - GTi-P, White silver, 5dr., Manual with extras

I've started to notice that my 2016 GTI's ignition is taking longer to start.
It's keyless and has the push button start.
When I start the car, I seem to be having to hold the button down for a lot longer than usual.
It is the same when I press the button to turn the engine off.
Anyone else had this and is it a problem with the actual start button ?

Seems to be! Have you checked the battery? Any fuel leaks? Probably worth getting it booked in for diagnosis.

MOT done and passed with no issues. Just passed 27k miles which is not bad for 5 years old.

Got my reverse camera and helix subwoofer to fit now.
