Evening All
Ordered a GTI mid-November, a 'scheduled' build week of 14 was given in December however i was told this could "bounce around a bit" until it was a 'confirmed' build week. 3 weeks ago on phoning for my weekly no-news-update I'm told that "something's happening now, your build week's gone to 00 on the system!". 2 weeks on and no change. Can this be right??!
The dealer's been fine, he's given me any updates there has been, the problem being the lack of genuine updates to be passed across. I've even got a 60 plate Golf through Europcar... "What are you moaning about?" I hear you say. Well, it's just not the same as the car I've ordered!
If anyone has had any similar experience I'd love to hear, maybe someone who works in the industry that could shed any light on the whole '00 build week', i would be eternally grateful.
