got my bumper within 48hours? 
suppose its down to the item and availability, havent had any delays in my items i've bought over the last year.
dont get me wrong i would be jived off if mine were that late, i just havent had them that late
the items were in stock and its a joke tbh James there customer service is none existent, Ive had x2 emails from them in really bad English that's it, saying they haven't received an order from me and can i give them the order number i received from my bank statement. so gave them that and still waiting for a reply that was a week ago. I email them once a day as well.
i'm sorry to hear that man, it is a german website so i can understand the poor english bit, im just saying i've now ordered 3 items from them and not been dissapointed with delivery, have you contacted their customer services again?

that photo i dont think does it justice, i'll try and get some photos loaded when i get the chance with one of my mates r32 gens for comparisons. as far as i can tell it sits snug and there arent any issues
