I've got some sort of vibration from the nearside rear thats probably a wheel bearing or shock or buckled wheel - not sure I really want to look lol Almost certainly any of those is a result of f'ing pothole damage.

It's all a bit weird right now, I'm hardly using the car but still thinking about buying a new one.... torn between that making any sense at all and new car lust...

Take it to a tyres garage, they will check for you. You never know, you might get away with just a balance.

This would be my route too.
I forgot about extending my warranty by a couple of days and the price doubled. I rang VW Finance and asked if I could still get it for original price.
"spoke to manager" and success.
On another note, I've had VW contact me regarding my PCP final payment looking at re-financing it even though I have a year left!
They offered 2 years warranty & 2 free services so I think I'll be looking for the same deal next year hopefully then pay it off immediately. :rolleyes: :rolleyes:

I just took the car down the road to buy some bread and.... the blower is working again.

I guess just another one of those lovely VW software glitches that is resolved by switching it off and leaving it for a few hours. Like how sometimes the radio stations all vanish or randomly the album art doesn't show on the MIB.

I drove 300 miles yesterday with no flippin aircon, so wasn't chuffed.

Still, one less job for today.

I'll get the vibration looked at by a tyre fitter - good call that.
