I've just noticed that the DSG versions are 2db louder than the manual car according the figures shown ... sounds a bit strange

Another thing i've just noticed is it only has a 50 ltr tank as opposed to the mk6's 55 ltr.

Weight saving.

All of about 3.5 kg saved in fuel plus negligible reduction in weight of tank itself. How pointless.

Only reasonable explanation would be that they couldn't physically fit a 55l tank, which I find hard to believe.

New S3 also has measly 50l tank. Maybe they would have been better off saving weight on that one by halving the number of exhausts?

I've been told that ACC is now standard on the GTi too. (Not ADC - ACC)

Where did you hear that Dave?

What about the GTD model?

I'm pretty sure they're the same thing but the terminology varies depending on where you read it, i doubt they'd make a £795 option standard tbh.

If ACC is standard then happy days for everyone - extra kit for some or money off for others!! Personally I think on their flagship Golf it SHOULD be standard but that's rarely the case as we all know. Ill be very interested to see how this one pans out, fingers crossed its true!

I hope so to as I've specified this on the GTD and that would save me £765.00
