Split Breather 1.8t AUM

Ive got a split breather from the rocker, I can find the replacement kit on Ebay but can seem to find the pipe thats actually split? only the "Two to one" pipe? anyone help me out with a link/advice? (Picture Below)

When i last did a breather pipe i replace all with silicone and used a t piece to get away with not using the y piece.
I can have a look tommorow at work see if ive got a usable y piece if you want

I chickened out and just bought replacement silicone from Creation Motorsport - they sell on ebay.

@OP yits likely to have more in the breather system about to go -the hoses corrode from the inside out -they start to feel very soft and baggy when they are corroded. non return valve at the other end of the split pipe is probably not in a great state

I have debated it, but not 100% on the idea of actually fitting it & cant be doing with the headache after all this cars been throwing at me the last few weeks haha

Ive got the y piece on a agu engine.
On about catch can i stall its pretty easy really
