Managed to get the front feet welded up now i just need to grind the bottoms flat so they sit flush again and then get them fitted and welded in

Welding could be better but i think they are good enough and happy with them considering I'm a amateur

Looks good.... although I'd have welded them into the car tacked and then zipped them up in situ.

Let's hope the feet haven't distorted too much when you were welding them up.
Just because you're offended doesn't make you right.

Holiday cottages on the Isle of Wight for 2-10 people? PM me.

I think they should be ok
Gave them plenty of tacking in opposite locations etc to try hold it in place and are welded both from and back so hope fully it will be ok..... Hopefully
And of they have I will make them work

There in!

Just need to be welded in and they are done.

Then it's passenger seat bars, door bars and harness bar.

Is it ok to attach the harness bar too the cage in the same way as the door bars?
Need to order the bits for it then get it in!

Also gonna weld in some gussets/stiffeners around the cage (roof, pillars etc)

harness bars have a set of specs in the Blue Book.  Go by them.  Want to be welded in with the right strengthening.

Also gonna weld in some gussets/stiffeners around the cage (roof, pillars etc)

Be very careful with that - you want to get it right and not transfer loads somewhere unexpected in the event of a crash.

I have looked through but can only find spec of tube etc not mounting specs.
Will have another read.

Hmmm will have to have a think about it

Do what we've done and stick in a brace between the rear turrets.

Seatbelts shouldn't be over a 15degree angle the book says, you also have loads of room for landings for the brace and will also stiffen up the rear end, considerably, by the accounts of someone down here that's already done it.
