Mk3 golf side skirt coming adrift...
« on: 16 March 2012, 20:48 »
My side skirt is coming adrift on my mk3 golf gti, I can't screw them back on! What's the best way to fix them back on? Any Suggestions please

They should be screwed on, why can't you screw yours back on?

It's all started to corrode and when it got ripped off it ripped off the screw points!!

Oh dear, I'd seriously be thinking about taking the sill covers off completely to inspect how far the corrosion has taken hold of the integrity of the sills.

clean all the rust up and paint, then use some tiger seal.

Go in classifieds and ask someone breaking a mk3 for a skirt
