Personally, I wouldn't touch LG with a barge pole.
I bought a 50" plasma a few years back (50PS3000). One month after the 12 month warrenty, they x & Y boards (not sure if correct term) started playing up - not displaying colurs correctly.
Rang up Curry, who told me to go away, rang up LG who were not intrested even though there was a growing thread on AV forums with people with the same issues.
Emailed the MD of LG as requested with info including links to the forum. Got a reply about 6 weeks later saying no conclusive evidence and was on my own. Paid £200 to get it fixed.
