Saving unsprung weight.

Racingline brakes fitted to the Clubsport. The weight of the OEM calipers surprised me, they are around twice the weight.

Welcome coolhandluke and congrats on what seems to be a lovely specced and well loved GTI.
And farewell KMP. Or at least until you see the light again

That pic did make me smile, I didn’t realise how cosmopolitan and European Surrey was until I saw that everyone drives on the right there!

Well we are quite sophisticated and cosmopolitan as you rightly say 😁

Oooo, we need a review!. How much are the RacingLines VS standard ones? How much of an improvement are they?

Took the plunge and did clay work for first time, really easy and bodywork feels so much better.

Think next will do a full polish but not brave enough for machine yet lol

Looks great I would love a pure grey TCR.

If you've got a Dual Action polisher have no fear, there's little risk with them.

Thanks, it is a lovely car and even a neighbour with a new M4 came by and said so as I was working and a bit surprised at the 365 🤣

I’ll give the hand polish a go first and then try next stage. My wife Keeps seeing packages arrive and it’s “what now for the car?!” Lol can’t wait to see her face next week when the new auto hose arrives with all the other car detailing things lol
