I believe poor Photoshop skills. If you're going to have smoked headlights, smoked indicators, fogs and blanking plates then they will look a lot better in real life. The two slats black I think look ACE on a red MK3. With badge or without.

Wheels however a hit and miss, depends how deep you go with the black.

Wheels look better silver.

I'm not sure about the wheels either....benvictors are pretty much bang on if I was to go for black 

Not so sure about the front badge either, I like the red Gti badge but i'm thinking the VW one needs to be silver really?!

I like it....i'm just not sure about the VW badge, black or silver??! To be fair i've got a black one knocking about somewhere so i guess i'll just see which looks best!

Got my VR6 splitter from Eurowagens today so fitted it as soon as i got in from work  Got a bit of a gap tho
