The same as coilies,no difference.
With the two way systems air can be pushed from one bag to another when cornering, but with the four way set up,each bag has an independent air supply so can't be moved around while cornering.

I take it because theres less air in the bags so more movement.. didnt tihnk of it like that so they are more practical than i once thought ??

Correct.
It'll be the most practical mod i ever do to my car.
I can ride around as low as i like, then if i come across a road full of speed bumps or a multi-story car park etc.....a quick press of the switches will raise me up to clear them. It's also good if your carrying a few passengers and the tyres scrub, just add more pressure to raise it back up again

Out of curiosity how long does your tank take to refill ??

It'll take a few minutes if completely empty, but that doesn't happen very often. There is a pressure sender on the tank which will keep the tank at 150psi,if you raise and lower a few times this will lower the pressure in the tank and the compressor will kick in to top it back up to 150psi.

A little leakage overnight is expected, but we're only talking a few psi.
It also doubles as a security device,if you drop it down at night both your car and wheels are going nowhere
