R32 Dog Bone Mount.

If you get a lot of movement on your engine you will find that the gearbox mounting needs replacing.

 You can change the bushes but be careful as some will be too hard and make a rattle!!

Best option is to upgrade to the R32 mount here are the part nos:

2 x N10268302 bolt  £1.09 each, £2.18 total
1 x N90597005 bolt  £0.84
1 x N10246603 bolt  £1.05
1 x 1J0 199 851 AM  £60.58

£64.65 + 17.5% vat = £75.96

The r32 dogbone mount is £83.50 inc vat from vw im getting it from tps though and im not sure how much as ive ordered 2 things will edit tomoz !
