Can anybody help?

I am about to get my wheels refurbished by Pristine in Milton Keynes, but unfortunately one of the wheels has one of the Triple Square 8 mm head bolts missing from around the rim. Anyone know where i can get one?

Cheers.

Cheers mate, gave them a ring this morning but they only have bolts for the RS wheel. Said they could get them made but in minimum order quantities of 100 or more which makes it a bit expensive. Thanks for the reply though.

Could try going to BBS - they must be able to at least point you in the right direction  :)

Cheers Mate
I spoke to MotorSportWheels in Bristol (got their number from the BBS website), they told me that BBS will not supply the bolts as maintenance etc must only be carried out by trained profesionals (BBS employees) and if I want to replace the bolt I would have to send the wheel back to BBS in Germany.

I have emailed BBS directly to see if they will take pity on me but to be honest, I don't really expect them to reply.

Reply from BBS in Germany.

We regret that you have problems with a wheel produced by us.

We unfortunately have to inform you that accordingly to our company's
policy (for warranty and guarantee reasons) we are not allowed to send
out spare parts of our wheels.

Furthermore we can`t process your repair, because the wheel which you have
is a first-equipment-wheel. We produced this wheels exclusively for the
respective vehicle-manufacturer. We are not authorized to process the
repair for the wheels which are produced for the first-equipment.
Please contact therefore your nearest VW dealer.

We are sorry that we are not able to give you a more favourable answer
and thank you for your kind understanding.

Best regards

Hmmm, not exactly helpful when all you are after is one bolt  :(

Guess it is company policy for safety reasons.

How about from VW then? You never know....

or, brainwave alert, how about www.imagewheels.co.uk ? they are the split rim masters!

Thanks for everybodies help.

Got fed up in the end, so the wheels are on their way to Pristine for a complete refurb minus one bolt. Spoke to a guy there today who told me that they would endeavour to replace the bolt with a close match.

Cheers.
