I see you've placed a brace across the top of that circular cover, isn't that access to the fuel pump?
Will the tailgate be fixed, or you have some magic up your sleeve to have it hinged?

The pics don't do any of that justice! The brace by the fuel pump is just back from the cover enough to remove it still.
I bought a bull tailgate net that I'm gonna make/modify it to fit then once the rest of the cars done I'll attempt a tailgate just before paint.

Just moved house to a place with a double garage! Said to the misses I don't care how much the house is aslong as I get a double garage! The only problem is is that my wages are now really sh!t to compensate it!

Not overly happy as roof has warped a bit! It was so cold in my garage I rushed it!

Engine now stripped just need to get a trolley jack from work and pull it out!
Anyone got any ideas in SAI delete for the V5 possibly same mod as a VR6
Any help appreciated

Just an update! Found a supposed 63k seat Toledo v5 so spent the week swapping ancillaries over, renewing thermostat housing and other coolant crap!
I've got back in and hanging on the mounts so fingers crossed running by nxt week end
