Well not too much to tell about the golf at the moment as the immobiliser is still stuck on and the car is going nowhere. After talking to a few companies i have decided to have the current alarm/immobiliser reemoved and a brand new top spec Toad fitted. this should hopefuly finally cure the problem of the thing not starting!!

other than that i have fitted the Carbon DTM Cup mirrors although they might be coming off again as i am not sure about them.  i have also fitted a Mountney steering wheel which is a big improvement over the origional!! Also got some Sparco 3 point harnesses for my seats from ebay for ?40 which i thought was a bargain. The interior is soon to be stripped in readiness for my ICE install.I will be making some fibreglass kickwell speaker builds this weekend which will be good fun.

I will post some pictures of all this at the weekend when i get some time.

ok well quite a lot has gone on with the beast since i last posted. ive been busy installing the ice and various new parts. here are a load of pics to show exactly what ive been up to.

ok well this isnt exactly anything great but it shows just how much dust the golf has on it

these are of the mdf baffles i made for my fibreglass kickwell builds which i need to finish

heres me stripping the interior and making a start on mdf`in the rear, as there are no seats i can get a lot of ICE in  and yes i know that the floor pan id red :( you can blame the previous owner for only doing half the spray job. at least its hidden

and here is the ICE thats going in and some shots of my car cos i was bored :)

will post some more pics (hopefully better ones) when i get the chance to take some.

thanks for looking. bunter

wheeled the golf out for the first time in 2 years today and cleaned off all the sh!t that was on it and i think its scrubbed up well. got a few more bits to do to it before its complete but they should all be done by next weekend so il be able to go cruisin \o/

(the suspension doesnt normally sit that high its just that i changed the wheels over and it has to settle again)
