MK4 1.8T AUM Temp Gauge
« on: 14 March 2015, 20:22 »
Just a quick question, had my cambelt, thermostat & water pump done, when I picked my car up the temp gauge sat literally just on the left hand side of the 90 mark, (just like my old 1.8t agu) Over the last couple of days it's moved up to bang in the middle of 90/over to the right of the 90 mark and it's driving me mad!

Just wondered if it's anything to worry about & where do other peoples gauges sit?

Fan is cutting in, heaters nice and hot & the gauge doesn't seem to move from there.

Thanks

Mine sits bang on 90 and doesn't budge. Make sure its a genuine sensor first, plenty of copies out there with green top.

mine sits bang on the 90 too, if your fans coming on and it isn't going too far over the 90 I wouldn't worry
