The more i look at this mk2 the more i like it :)
Brown dash seats undertrays carpet a b c pillers absolutly everytjing is brown proper grandad spec

Well then plans are as its ce1 ive pulled most of the loom out today and gonna replace it with ce2 loom im also gonna swap the indicators for 90spec ones obviously .

Im not 100% sure how im gonna run the fbw set up yest as ill be fitting a corrado pedal box aswell so i can run a hydro clutch

The fbw is like a solonoid version with a like pully type i think i may fab up some sort of bracket system in the scuttle panel and then keep the original throttle cable some how !!
Anyone with any info would be great

Engines all aout and a quick clean with some de greaser cant really botherd to go all out with it
Tomoro ill pull the tdi loom into the dash and roughly fit the engine and get the pedal box in and drill the hole for clutch master then bokt up the subframe and diesel lump :)

Nice project.

I had one of these engines fitted in my mk1 caddy.

It went well, rapid and economical.

You don't own a Mk2, you support it.
