Title: You learn something new every day!!
Post by: kcolevol on 11 June 2009, 18:03: Just dropped a load of change in my car and was retrieving it from under the seat and found a vent that blows air into the back of the car for rear seat passengers!! i didnt know the golfs had these lol, only had the car 2 years!!!! :laugh: :laugh:

I'll assume :rolleyes: that feature only came with cars that have the winter pack added? :undecided: :tongue:

I'm guessing your's aint working either? My low washer liquid wanring has never come on (it just runs out). Pump is fine and jets seem okay front and back, so i know all is working. I've pulled the sensor out (spilling liquid everywhere - didn't think that one through!!) and pushed it back in firmly, but still nothing.

My last car had it, and it was really useful.

So if you work out how to fix it, let me know!

i tried it on my way home. i though it only went up and down but it goes in and out lol...and the petrol cap. just hang it over the petrol cap door facing inwards if you know what i mean. no point doing it on the outside of the door lol. There's 4 notches you can use to hook it on

i just pull the lever at the bottom which allows you to move the steering wheel but it dont come out and in.. maybe thats on the newer golfs
