Got in the car today and noticed a crack in the front windscreen about 2" long

Luckily managed to get someone to come and fit a new one the next day for £130 so wasnt as bad as I was expecting.

Right, was gonna book the car in at r-tech but something else came up... basically I bought an already remapped ecu with same part number as mine, it was mapped to around 240bhp. So went to a revo dealer to get it coded in and all went well apart from my spark plugs needed changing so had a set of iridium fitted. The lad at revo said i was getting about 238 bhp so I was quite chuffed. On the journey home I was suprized at how quick the car is now and theres a lot more torque... until I realised that whenever I booted it = misfire.

Anyway the gf's dad said it was probably coil pack so I changed all four and problem solved.

Really happy with the power only thing is it struggles a bit getting traction

So engine performance is pretty much where i want it to be (for now)! next up its handling and brakes and then styling. I bought some 312mm calipers and carriers from a seat leon and just need to get the discs and pads now, unsure what discs to go for tho  :undecided:
