To be honest i think you have a good eye, dont think i would have recognised anything lol....you should have slapped the guy in the balls and ran away, im pretty sure he would have got rid of the spacers then 
anddd....he should give the car a clean

No i did something much more antagonizing. I gave Ashleys Investment Cars a call and spoke to the salesman that sold the car to the guy. I explained the spacers situation. He was surprised. So i kindly asked him to give the owner a call and tell him to send his car in NOW!
I also told him to tell the owner to give it a clean
It turns out the guy did actually have a GTI before getting the R32 and guess what? HE blew the poor things engine!!!
where are the spacers exactly?
