Here's a good rundown of things people are asking:

Looks like the borrowing of games is out the window, selling games is still possible but not sure how this is going to implement into second hand sales as of yet.

That and it needs an internet connection so thats a huge portion of the market they have just taken themselves out of  :undecided:

Seems to be a series of own goals so far  :undecided:

he only company that manages to get away with introducing stupid rules in Apple, Microsoft are gonna get raped until they back down and change things.  Which in fairness, they always end up doing. e.g.  Their decision to bring the taskbar back to Windows 8.

2nd hand games ect is going out the window anyway if it didnt happen with the next gen consoles it would happen after that.

Its going down the road of the PC / Digital route. PC i download all my games, Discs are abit 1990's ... my pc i can skype and watch tv no biggy

The other thing i dont get is people complaining about all the other non gaming stuff like skype and TV and sh!t... well just dont use them? apparantly my 360 has web browsers and sky tv but ive never used it so how can it be offensive? its just there in the backround if i do want to use, after all better to have the option?  :undecided:

As long as the games kick ass ill buy one

Also laugh at people complaining about no backwards compatability, get over it lol its called moving forward otherwise we would all be uses cartridges so we could play zelda and golden eye on our xbox/PS's

i tried to hammer the golden eye cartridge into a few of my later consoles, but could never got it to load

the point im trying to make things move on, ok its crap you cant play old games so keep hold of your 360's or whatever and when you get all nostelgic in 10 years time plug em in laugh at how sh!t the graphics are, crack a few virtual beers open and remember how things were good back in the old days
