In 4 words "Pain in the ass" lol

Getting the old ones out is the easy part as all you have to do is loosen one of the droplink bolts on each side and the one bolt that holds the bush inplace on each side.

The bushes are split so will come off the arb.

Then put the new bushes back on.
Refit the clip that secures the bush then you will find out that the bolt will not reach the hole.
What i did was get some long nose pliers but even my grip couldn't pull the clip close eneough to get the bolt started so i cut some pipe and put it on the handles of the pliers and squeesed like hell. After neumers attempts and lots of swaring it eventually started lol.
Then you have to do it all again on the other side

When these bushes are gone do you get a slight rattle when you go over bumps? Mine does that and if its them is a good excue to fit the uprated anti roll bars and bushes.

trade secret !!!! if you use the rear caliper bolts from the car they are slightly longer but same thread and will reach with ease. then the arb bush will be clamped to the arb then remove the bolt and wind in the old one no problems may still have to apply some pressure to the clamp but saves all the swearing and stress.
If your buying im selling!!!!!!!

yer you can do that but the arb bolts wont fit your rear caliper so just us them to clamp the bush up then put them back or just see if you have some spare rear caliper bolts to use.
