Where did u take it glenh, i'm sure i posted in here in ur quest for a good vw place in essex, but it couldn't of uploaded propaly,
i had my 35000mile service bout a month ago, an he saved me just over ?170. He's in southend, which may of been a bit far anyway, tiny lil garage just a bloke on his own but seemed to no his vw's he wouldn't let me leave, he just kept wanting to chat about my car bless!!!
got his number if u ever need it.
i had the same trouble with an essex vw place hope its all sorted now. 8)

I took it to this guy courtesy of Speedydub (you know the girl with the alcohol problem  ;) :D ):

Guy in Wickford called Nick. His number is 07769 954099.

He seemed like an OK guy as it goes. Same here, he kept chatting away ;D .

Thanks for the recommendation of the other guy though and yes it seems your other post didn't upload  ??? .
