Title: EGR removal with VAGCOM

is it possible to completely remove EGR from the ECU?
if so anyone know how step by step?

Not sure it can be done via vag-com. When you have a remap they usually map out the EGR

how about changing a setting so the management light doesnt come on all the time?

VAG-COM won't remove the EGR but it will shut it off but that will bring the MIL lght on. These chip tuners can write to the ecu to bypass the EGR.
