just a quick update - ive bought a 3" exhaust system that everyone is raving about. Going to pick it up on sunday. I had seen it advertised on ED38! Now i need to convert the engine over!!

So we got the engine in after a days graft!
whilst converting it over we changed the cambelt and water pump.
we tried to test start it but realized that a wire that reads the RPM was destroyed so the car wouldn't turn over!  :sad:
Hopefully get the part tomorrow and find out if there is anything else wrong.
I suppose its the trouble shooting period and hopefully there isn't too much trouble!

QUALITY!!

Reminds me so much of doing mine apart from it was outside and I didnt have a pit! That 3" exhaust is going to sound SICK, your going to love it the first time you drive it but you will get the craving for more power so be warned!
Will always love my mk4 but she had to go...225 Quattro TT in its place....but its still black (she lives on in spirit!)

I know! I really do want to get more power! just going to take my time get it running sweet and then i will start doing all the nice bits and the remaping! :)

Well with a ko3s mate you will be laughing after you have put on a couple mods and remapped!
