Are these the two types of engines in golf GTI MK2 around about 1987 i.e in my car. if so what one would i have as around this time there was an engine crossover.

1. pop your bonnet (lever in drivers footwell)
2. if there is braided steel lines running from on top of your airbox (drivers side) to the throttle body, its a k-jet. if not, its a digi.
