Just rang a garage about my knocking noise when i first start the car, and he said Golf petrol's suffer from blocked sumps which cause the knocking and as soon as the oil is warm it goes.
Obviously he said he would have to listen to diagnose properly, only problem is it dont knock all the time.
Has anyone had a blocked sump?
I have flushed the car twice and put new oil in, but that didn't sure it
