The guys in German, Swedish, French in Glasgow are absolutelly first class. I have been in several times and find that their level of customer care is miles ahead of the nameless big rival.
I went in today and they did not have some parts I needed so they told me that if I ordered them they would deliver free of charge. Not only that. I left my credit card in their machine and they phoned to advise me and hand delivered it this afternoon.
