Cams went in my 115 last week and I took it to Turnbulls in Middlesbrough who did an excellent job at a very reasonable price.
My dad had a Passat 130 tdi for a few years and took it there with no bother what so ever aswell as my brother in law in his S3. Tried Volkswerks next door, My dad and brother in law have aswell over the years and they were a lot more expensive as usual!
Got 130 cams fitted as recommended by them, bearings, shells, slight boost leak fixed and an oil + filter change for £400 +vat which i didnt think was a bad price at all.
