Does that make my willy look bigger?

Your rim idea via PM sounds good though. Even you can't drive round in a Corrado with Seat logos on the wheels

I can assure you that I can drive round in a Corrado with Seat logos on the rims, for at least some time.

The 'rim idea via PM' Nick's alluding to is a suggestion of white Compomotive MOs in 16" dia.

I think they'd set the car off well.
Just because you're offended doesn't make you right.

Well it looks like prior to anything happening with the wheels (which are perfectly serviceable), I'm going to wholesale hoick out the motor and nail the ABF I have on the floor in the bay.

Danny and I were discussing putting the ABF EFi kit on the 9A when we bumped into a teeny bit of a showstopper - the 9A doesn't have a toothed wheel on the crank out of the box.  As such it'd need one on the end of the crank and we wouldn't have much leeway in creating the bracket to read the toothed wheel, either, if it was running OEM ABF management.  As I've got all of the components parts lying around it's not really much hardship to whip the current motor out and bolt up the ABF, with the proper management, so it may well be that's what happens, the weekend after this.

Now I just need to source a tubular exhaust manifold ready for the session.... and that set of OEM struts I was thinking about.

Anyone got an 02A box with a Quaife in it?

No point p*ssing about if it's not going to give a superior solution, is there?

Wasn't that ABF going into your Syncro ?
If so, what are you gonna put into the Syncro instead ?
