Title: another member to team wagon, the green 1.8t machine
Post by: vaughn on 17 October 2010, 18:52
well after letting my heart rule my head and buying a late mk2 16v which i`ve ran for the last 6 months, it turns out it was totally
impractical for what i needed.
so two weeks ago started the hunt for a wagon, called upon the usual car finding guru(chuff).
i ended up buy a t reg v6 a6 estate which the seller kindly backed out of the deal the day before collection.
i work away from home all week but was on holiday last week so i really needed to find one before i start work tomorrow, luckily i kept one of the ebay links chuff had sent me, put a cheeky bid in and forgot all about it. after viewing a few cars on friday i realised i had missed the end of the auction checked on my phone and realised i`d won the auction
so here she is
s reg 1.8t passat wagon, t&t, fsh, cam belt done 10,000 miles ago all old mot`s, bit scabby in places and a bit of trim missing but drives really well and everything works

so here`s a few pics

Thats a good wagon for the money, nice one.    we have two dobermanns and they go in the other halfs escort estate.. she's loves it (i don't), had it years now and cant let go of it as it still runs fine and better the devil you know etc...  i keep telling her that a pi55rat estate is the way forward, she's not having it!   for some reason she likes rust.
