run it from cold witht he cap off, if yu rev the engine you should see a stream of coolant out of the small hose to the top of the header tank. if not either the hose is blocked or the waterpump is faulty

Cooling problem has now been sorted, turns out it was a sticky thermostat and the seal had disappeared on the rad cap   :rolleyes: - a bit of a double whammy! so it was getting too hot and not holding any pressure   :undecided:

Also fitted the rad fan switch so all is well.  :afro:

You only ever need two tools in life. If it moves and it shouldn't use Duct Tape. If it does not move and it should, use WD40.
