Which is the full vag com for a 2002 1.8 turbo i want to buy it but not sure on which one.

Mate I personally use VCDS lite, its totally free, with that I am able to scan and reset codes.
If thats all you want to do you can get it here,

Then just get the £7 cable off ebay. If you have trouble with getting the drivers to work with windows 7 PM me I can help you with the drivers. :)

can reset throttle body aligment with the lite though?

Not tired it, I let the care reset itself when I do mine :)
