MK 7.5 Golf GTI LED Headlights

I have a MK 7.5 Golf GTI with Led Headlights and  Why only two of the Daytime Running Lights are running? Only one per side.

Because there’s different lights to different specs,

We have a 7.5 GTD with adaptive headlights and a 7.5 GTE without.  The GTE does not have the inner LEDs in the headlight cluster.  The DRLs on the GTE are in the bumper though - the LEDs in the main headlight cluster are sidelights.

My conclusion was that adaptive has the inner LEDs lit.  The main beam seems better on the GTD too.

Please tell me that all UK Spec Mk 7.5 GTI PPs have both inner and outer DRLs lit whether Dynamic light assist is fitted or not?

I hope so as well, think it'll be country related, i see Australian market are as described as above with one each side.

Think it might well be country related. Both my 7.5 GTIs have had the standard LED lights and have the 4 sets of drls.

That said, a quick look on Autotrader the other day at 7.5 GT/R-Line and Alltrack models with LEDs showed some have only outer drls not all 4.

If my 7.5 non PP has all 4 drls lit up then yours definitely will
