Thought you were going to say you bought an xbox and Forza :lipsrsealed:

More chance of DH buying and actually driving on a regular basis a MKIII 8v GTI!

Fair point, well made.
Just because you're offended doesn't make you right.

So I bought this thing and then exchanged a fitted Polo gearbox for a whole 'nother SJ.

Then I took a lot of it away, fitted some proper tyres, swapped out the original transfer box as it failed on the first trip out off-road and did quite a bit of welding on it:

and fitted one of the buckets out of the original nail:

Which is still on OEM rails, as per Blue Book regs.

I also welded a roof panel in over it, to provide the start of some protection.  I do also have the ROPS from the first one to fit in due course.

Then I took it to a 4x4 trial on Sunday and started enjoying it.

So that looks to be the pattern for the next few months set, then.

Christ no - I've removed most of the lights (and anything else which came off easily!) so it's a 'trailer queen' (hahahaha - VW scene eat your heart out )

Video from last weekend's foolishness, including the SJ being thrashed appropriately.
