July competition - subject within

Congrats to TheRaven on winning the June competition.

Also, congratulations to everyone else who participated, there were some really strong entries this month.

This months theme is street photography (people).

Congrats and good choice. Hard one to execute well. How many B&W ones do you think well get?

True. Thanks.

Dunno if anyone saw this on BBC last week, but Vivian Maier took hundreds of thousands of street photos, really good ones, but they were never seen by the public till she died. Now they are worth thousands of dollars each.
Worth watching for some "Street Photography" inspiration.
BBC iPlayer - imagine.. Vivian Maier
Also remember this was decades before the term "street photography" came about and she was using a film camera, just taking one shot (nailing it too) and moving on.

H'mmmm - this is going to be a toughie.

Mate of mine pretty much only does street shooting and shoots exclusively on film, using a Leica rangefinder:

Look out for the visual gags
Just because you're offended doesn't make you right.

Here is my effort, candid Street Photography is something I have always loved and admired but never done, hence this topic! Though it would force me out! Anyhoo...
